Welcome to the AI Industry Program – a new leadership program focusing on AI. The goal is to strengthen Swedish competitiveness by building capacity and the ability to lead in a changing world, as well as to establish relationships with strategically important AI players in Silicon Valley.

Strategic Partnerships: Engage with world leading AI experts in Silicon Valley from OpenAI, Google, Nvidia, Meta, Mistral, Stanford, and UC Berkeley to form your AI strategy and learn from best practices.

Knowledge growth: Access to a curated digital interactive webinar with domain experts within cybersecurity, AI infrastructure, AI strategy and change management leading towards becoming an AI organization. Get access to a library of AI resources, courses, and case studies. Keep in touch with your Industry Fellows in the program and build long-lasting relationships with the most forefront AI leaders in the world.

Tailor-Made Visit to Silicon Valley: Starting with an individual workshop focused on mapping specific areas of interest with highest potential value for each company the program will arrange for a tailor-made visit to Silicon Valley where you will get the opportunity to meet AI experts, academia, startups, and industry leaders. Get the chance to build your strategic AI networks and transatlantic collaborations to drive your business forward.




Minna Sandberg, Director at SwenodeAI, began her career by founding an AI startup in 2015 and subsequently moved to Silicon Valley. Over the past nine years, she has focused intensively on AI, working at the intersection of Sweden and Silicon Valley leading several transatlantic collaborations and strategic partnerships with companies such as Nvidia, Meta, Google and more.

Catarina Berglund, CEO Automation Region and iHubs Sweden. With decades of experience from driving innovation and digitalization for Swedish heavy industry and manufacturing, backed by a strong industry cluster consisting of more than hundreds of companies.

  • Participant companies are allowed to enroll two leaders from their organization.
  • This program is suited for executives with strategic positions within the organizations to shape their AI strategy for business and/or product
  • Each organization will cover their own travel expenses
  • Applications are open. The program is limited to 10 organizations.
